Job Duties:
| i)To assist Dy. Director(Law)/Assistant Director(Law) in the prosecution of ANF cases and attend the courts. ii)To assist Dy. Director(law)/Assistant Director(Law) for giving legal advise to the Establishment Branch in pursuing service appeal/other matters. iii)To assist Dy. Director(law)/Assistant Director(Law) for the preparation and vetting of Law/Rules relating to narcotics drugs and psychotropic substances/controlled substance envisaged in CNSA-1997. iv)To assist Dy. Director(law)/Assistant Director(Law) in examination and opinion about narcotics laws. Dangerous Drug Laws of the other countries. |
